Learning Review Interview

This DVD helps managers and learners to understand their respective roles in the learning review interview. It demonstrates the skills managers need to help their people think through and clarify their learning. And it emphasises to learners that they need to take a proactive role in reviewing their learning experiences. The video illustrates the continuous nature of the learning cycle and how the review leads to the discovery of further learning needs. Learning includes:
