This training DVD shows managers how to help their people put together a realistic and achievable learning plan. It highlights the importance of using understanding of the learner’s preferred learning style to ensure that the most appropriate learning experiences are selected. A second programme contains separate scenes on the learning cycle, learning styles and tailoring learning experiences. Use these to trigger discussion and as the starting point for group activities.
